Many of the members of EuRA have been accredited with the EuRA Global Quality Seal. EuRA Global Quality Seal (EGQS) is the world’s first accreditation programme for relocation providers and supplier members. The EGQS was introduced in 2008.
EuRA Global Quality Seal accreditation is based on the ISO 9001 process management model. The EuRA Global Quality Seal specifies the processes and key performance indicators (KPIs) that reflect highest standards in relocation services. The programme is designed by the EuRA members for the EuRA members with an aim to establish Best Practice benchmarks in service delivery. There are audit processes with streamlined international audit standards. The organizations which successfully complete the audit and attain the EGQS certification are acknowledged as leaders in excellence in relocation and mobility service provision and process management. The audits also ensure that qualified EuRA members are compliant with legislations and codes of conduct.

1. The first step is to contact the EuRA office and register one’s organization to receive the EGQS.
2. Understand the Quality Standard which is the document that is to be thoroughly understood in order to achieve the EuRA Global Quality Seal. It sets out all the requirements for the certification.
